We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with tags attached within 21 days of the ship date. You can initiate a return or exchange through our online returns portal.
How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide and fit notes. Many of our signature Dickey Jackets are tailored for a slim fit; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What is a Dickey and how does it work?
Our signature Dickeys are interchangeable inserts that zip into any Dickey-compatible jacket. This allows you to achieve a layered look without the bulk of a full second layer.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may return the items once they arrive.
